Unser Startup

CADAICO, die Chat-to-Design Company, ist ein kleines, aber schnell wachsendes Startup aus Stuttgart. Gegründet wurde CADAICO von Pedram, einem ehemaligen Mid-Level Manager aus dem Maschinenbau, und Daniel, einem KI-Forscher vom KIT.

Unser Team baut KI-gestützte Konstruktionssoftware für den Maschinenbau.

Wir kombinieren KI-Methoden mit herkömmlichen Algorithmen, um Ingenieur:innen dabei zu helfen, mithilfe unserer „Chat-to-CAD“-Software schneller mechanische Konstruktionen zu erstellen, anstatt mit herkömmlichen CAD-Tools.

Mit vielversprechenden Projekten in der Pipeline haben wir eine gute Grundlage für die nächste Wachstumsphase.

Wir suchen Menschen, die selbstständig denken, Verantwortung übernehmen und echte KI-Produkte bauen wollen, die den Maschinenbau prägen.

Aufgaben

Was du bei uns machst

• Baue zentrale Teile unseres Chat-to-Design Produkts End-to-End auf
• Entwickle skalierbare Full-Stack-Anwendungen für Ingenieur:innen
• Bringe KI-/LLM-Funktionalitäten in die produktive Anwendung — von Retrieval Pipelines bis zu Agentic Workflows
• Mache aus komplexen KI-Ideen einfache, nutzbare Produktfeatures
• Gestalte Architektur, technische Entscheidungen und Engineering-Qualität mit, während wir skalieren

Qualifikation

Erforderliche Skills & Erfahrung

• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise 5+ Jahre, inklusive Verantwortung für komplexe, produktionsreife Systeme
• Starke praktische Erfahrung mit KI-/LLM-Anwendungen, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic Workflows
• Erfahrung mit Python 3.12+ (Flask), C# (.NET Core 8, WPF, WebView) und JavaScript/TypeScript (Svelte/SvelteKit)
• Starkes Verständnis von skalierbarem Data Engineering:
  Datenbanken (SQL, NoSQL), Caching und Indexing
• Starkes Verständnis von Softwarearchitektur, Clean Code und wartungsfreundlichem Systemdesign, zum Beispiel SOLID, DRY und KISS
• Sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse für eine sichere interne und externe Kommunikation

Nice to Have

• Grundkenntnisse in CAD-Software
• Verständnis von Prompt Optimization oder agentenbasierten Systemen
• Freude an schnellem Prototyping und iterativem Experimentieren
