The tools and information are provided for guidance purposes only.
3. User Conduct and Responsibilities
As a user of our platform, you agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage the Site, the services, or the general business of JobSetuu. You further agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or threaten others or otherwise violate any person's legal rights.

- Engage in automated scraping or data mining of our platform content.
- Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information.
4. Intellectual Property Rights

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Uttar Pradesh, India, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles. Any cause of action by you with respect to the Site must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred.
9. Changes to Terms
JobSetuu reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Site is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. We encourage you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
